InningPro ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

By using InningPro, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. This is used solely to authenticate you and associate your games with your profile.

Game data

When you score or umpire a game, we store game data including scores, play-by-play logs, lineups, and inning details. This data is associated with your account and is used to provide the live game experience and game history.

Viewer usage

Viewers who join a game via QR code do not need an account. No personally identifiable information is collected from viewers.

Usage data and diagnostics

We may collect anonymous crash reports and performance data to improve app stability. This data does not identify you personally.

Advertising

InningPro uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable for InningPro
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your account
• To store and display your game history
• To enable real-time game sharing between scorers, umpires, and viewers
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
• To serve advertisements via Google AdMob

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to operate the app:

• Firebase (Google): Used for authentication and real-time game data storage. See Firebase Privacy.
• Google AdMob: Used to serve in-app advertisements.

Data Retention

Your account and game data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

InningPro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your data
• Objection to or restriction of processing
