HavIt is provided free of charge and is supported by banner advertising. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future; any charges will be clearly communicated before purchase.
The HavIt app, its design, and trademarks are the property of the Service Provider. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app or any part of it.
The AI photo scan feature is optional and requires a third-party API key that you obtain and manage under your own account. The Service Provider is not responsible for costs, accuracy, or availability of third-party AI services.
HavIt uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms:
Some features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for limited functionality caused by lack of connectivity, exhausted data allowances, or roaming charges incurred while using the app.
HavIt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider is not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the app. It is your responsibility to maintain device security and keep the app updated.
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time.
